I’m Faraaz Siddiqui – RERA-licensed realtor and founder of 800Homes Real Estate Brokerage. Over 8 years in Dubai’s property market, I’ve closed 100+ deals worth AED 100M+ led high-performingsales teams, and built a boutique firm on one principle: put the client first, and the results follow.

THE BEGINNING
I entered Dubai’s real estate market when it was already one of the most competitive arenas in the world. Starting as a Property Consultant, I learned quickly that the agnets who lasted waren’t the ones with sharpest sales pitch – they were the ones who acutally listened.
Those early years taught me the language of the market: which communities were rising, which developers delivered, and how to read what a client really needed beneath what they said they wanted. I closed deals others passed on, and I built trust that kept clients coming back.
THE RISE
Results have a way of opening doors. Moving into Sales Director and then General Manager roles. I found myself not just transacting properties but leading teams, shaping strategy, and driving 200% growth in sales through disciplined marketing and a culture built on accountability.
By the time I crossed AED 100 million in transaction value and 100 closed properties, those numbers didn’t feel like achievements – they felt like proof of a philosophy: when you put the client first, tje business followa naturally.
THE FOUNDING
I started 800Homes because I believed Dubai deserved a different king of brokerage – one where every client felt like the only client. Not a volume machine, not a franchise with rotating agents. A boutique firm where relationships are everything and advice is always honest, even when
honesty means telling someone to wait.
800Homes is built on the same principle I started with: real estate is about people. The properties are just where their lives happen.
